I ship orders as quickly as possible. Most orders go out the same day. I always try to ship within 24 hours. Orders are filled based on when I receive your order. Large orders will take longer. I don't work weekends so any orders from Friday afternoon until Monday morning won't ship until Monday. PLEASE do not contact me to ask what my current turn around time is. It takes time to answer emails and slows me down on getting orders shipped. If there is a change in my turn around time, I will post it in here.
All the items I sell are made on an embroidery machine. I use felt and vinyl to embroidery on. Felties with a vinyl front will have a felt back.
I don't do rush orders. All orders are made and shipped as soon as possible.
I do not do any discounts or sales. It doesn't matter if you want 1 or 100, I still have to make each one. If I have any felties that are on sale, they will be listed in a discounted section.
All felties are stitched with a stabilizer between the felt or vinyl. You will need a very sharp pair of scissors to cut them out. The vinyl is easy to cut if the scissors are sharp. I do not cut out the felties for you.
I don't do custom orders but I can change colors of felt, vinyl or thread. I do require that you buy a full sheet of the felties you want changed. It requires extra work and time.
*Please note that I do not create my own patterns. All patterns have been purchased through digitizers. You will need to contact me before purchase, please don't leave a note and request the changes.
All orders will be shipped out in a poly-mailer using First Class Mail or a Flat Rate Priority Envelope. You will choose what method of shipping you want at checkout. Once your order has shipped, it is up to you to track your package. You will be sent shipping confirmation with a tracking number to the email address that you provide. After the package has been checked into the post office, it is up to you to contact your local post office if there is an issue with receiving your package or if there is a delay in shipping. I do not have any additional information other than your tracking number.
