Order Status & Shipping

1: Order Status:
• Once you have completed your order, a confirmation email will be sent to the email address associated with your account.
• Once your order shipped, the tracking information will be sent to you via email.
• We are not responsible for any lost or stolen packages. If you have trouble tracking your package please contact the shipping company directly.

2: Shipping and Delivery:
• All United States orders ship USPS first class mail, Priority Mail or UPS for $5.99.
• Orders over $50 ship FREE via USPS Priority Mail or UPS (United States only).
• Once order shipped, United States orders should arrive within 2-10 days.
• We only ship to United States shipping address currently.

3: Shipping Time:
• All items will be shipped within 1-2 weeks from Tuscumbia, AL.

• We cannot control shipping times. We will ship your package within the timeframe stated, but delivery dates are estimated by the shipping carrier.

Refused and Undeliverable Packages:

Refused or undeliverable packages are subject to return shipping costs that may vary by shipping method used in the original order. If you decide not to have your order re-delivered back to you, you will receive a refund. The original shipping cost and the undeliverable charge from the courier will be deducted from the original price.

Return Policy

Our policy is valid for a period of 14 calendar days from the date of the delivery. If you receive your order and are not satisfied for any reason you can return the product for a refund. If the period of 14 days has lapsed, we can't, unfortunately, offer you a refund.

Return requirements
The following criteria must be met to qualify for a refund:
- Product must be in original packaging
- Product must be unused
- Product must not be damaged

In order to ensure the above criteria has been met, all returns will be inspected. If the product does not meet the listed criteria, we reserve the right not to issue a refund or to charge a 15% restocking fee.

Holiday & Clearance items
Unfortunately Holiday and Clearance items cannot be returned.

In order to return an order, you must contact us first.
You will be responsible for paying for the shipping costs with regard to the items that you wish to return. We will not refund the shipping costs.

You must take care to ensure that the goods are properly packaged so that they will not be damaged while in transit. If the product is found damaged or used beyond what it takes for us to reasonably inspect it, then we may reject a refund.
